*BOOM*

So the Porsche is the best car. I think we know. We can all agree that the Porsche is the best car. Fundamentally, it is the superior vehicle amongst the Ford. Luke, and who's driving it?

I mean, it's the driving Miss Davie racing school with you, right? No, but I'm talking purely of the car.

I mean, look, if cars were just a practical thing, yes, Porsche is the best quality, build, reliability, everything balances. However, driving is an experience. It's an emotional experience. You cannot fault the 812 with the Novotec. That is the best car in terms of what we're doing, which is an experience. If you don't have to hire people to follow you around with fuel, then you don't have a real car at all. My car, I have to get people to get a pickup truck and follow me around with fuel because the repair runs out so fast. That proves it's the best car. It's got nothing to do with the way you drive it, though.

the best car load you want to do that definitely i don't want this is not the best in this group but as a pure gt touring car i mean that's a supercar in a tuxedo nothing it's sexy

We just drove one of the best roads in Europe and some of the best cars on the planet.

And we probably should have filmed at least some of it.

No, I got some of mine.

I don't think I'm good. I did. I'm pretty good. I'm getting better.

All the tech confidential hours are getting better. Let's try and remix that into a cool series of songs. I think we'll be good.

A series of us driving cars around the world and arguing about how the Porsche is not the best car. No, but it is the best car.

- Porsche is the best. - We do it anyways, why don't we get a camera on it? - That's true. Something we could do.

The McLaren is the best car and I'm going to prove it to you all. In every single trial you can possibly fathom, I'm going to prove to you it's the best car. Okay, long distance driving. No gas allowed. No problem. I'm a hitchhiker, get the thumb out. Exactly. It makes you practice your organizational skills. Are there gas stops on the way? Do I need a guy to follow me with gas, etc. Yeah, but that sounds like playing the ass.

I'm a very organized man. It's easy. Talking about sounds like...

Everyone has to agree the A12 sounds the best, right? This is where we keep defaulting as the sound, and your car is so much more than just the sound. Okay, true. It is an exceptional vehicle. One, tall people fit in it. Two, it's comfortable. Three, it's elegant. Four, you can push it on a track. And five, you can cruise across Europe in it. How can the A12 not be the best, plus the Novatec, of course?

All right, A12's the best car. No, the A12's the best car. After spending time in the A12, I have to say the same thing. Oh, an Aston man agrees the A12 is the best. I'm an Aston guy. I want this to be bad. But that DBS, keeping up with you guys, that has definitely left me shaken, not stirred. But it is. It is an exceptional GT touring car. But...

812 for the win. 812 for the win. Everyone's accepted it. That's not the win. No, the hood's too long. What does that even mean? It's too long. It's too big. I like my Porsche. It's nice and small. You can... I'm used to navigating a long hood. I'm used to navigating a long piece and getting it where it needs to go. Don't worry about it. Luke, you did great mileage at, what, 40 kilometers an hour?

Porsche is the best car. Guys, don't listen to them. Porsche is the best car.

DBS is the sexiest, but the A12 film.

Yeah. Overall, the A12 on the roads of Europe, the A12 is the winner. I think so. It's the Borsche.

So let's film this next time. We should film. I got a little bit on my phone. We should get a film crew though. I did see Luke. What he was doing is as he was driving.

He was throwing his phone. Yeah. And then boomerang catching it out the other side. Yeah. It was actually stringed.

I was the throw string back. I never give away your secrets. If you're good at something, don't ever do it for free. Don't ever tell. So we should have footage. It's almost like a drone or something. Something like that. Yeah, cool. Yeah, it's pretty good. Nice.

So Andrew, obviously you had the new McLaren 765, 450k pounds worth of car.

Obviously it was in the break-in period, so clearly you must have driven it very slowly, very carefully, very respectfully. Well, no, it had 21 kilometers on the clock, so it was already broken in effectively. So I decided to just take it to the mountains and hammer it as hard as possible.

You know, hit the engine as hard as possible, break as hard as possible. Just basically, you know, treat it like it's disturbed to be treated. I just kicked, I just kicked, I abused it.

Because, yeah, 21 kilometers is enough to break into McLaren. McLarens do things quickly. They run out of gas fast. They break in fast. They break down fast. They break down fast. It's all just about speed. So, yeah, it was ready to go. Yeah, Romania has the most brown bears in Europe. There's a lot of them.

And as long as you stop in groups and you get out in groups of people, you're totally fine because they're scared of groups. They don't want the noise. But if you're by yourself.

and get in trouble. Really? It did look, one of them looked hungry, man. Oh, they are hungry. They're struggling. Interesting. They're struggling now. So that's why they're getting more

It's all in the Romanian news, how they're getting close to civilian areas, etc. because they're struggling to find food and that kind of thing. So if you're by yourself,

They'll attack you, but if there's even three of you,

They don't like to smoke and they don't want it. They're very, very, they're not, they're aggressive, but they're very like, hmm. Could a brown bear take three dudes?

Three average dudes. Brown Bear, three average dudes. Give them all knives. All the dudes get knives. If the dudes had knives, fuck no.

I don't think so. Okay. But if you had no weapons at all,

So what you're saying is in the interest of science, Luke should go out unarmed and charge a brown bear next time we see it. It'd be good footage, man. I know, but I need two other dudes.

We'll be filming. We'll be cheering for you. There's your three. Well, bears have evolved to be risk averse because the ones that weren't risk averse, the brave ones died. So they're risk averse. So if three full grown men scream at them and run at them, they run.

But if it's one, they kind of go...

- Yeah.

Fuck you. So you gotta be careful by yourself. That road.

The problem is that sometimes it's very nice, but sometimes there's loads of potholes everywhere.

And it's weird. It changes year on year. Yeah, doesn't it? Literally, literally. It does. Completely. So it's like it gets super cold in the winter and then obviously it's quite hot in the summer and it messes with it and the Romanians sometimes fix it and sometimes just don't. Yep. So it's 50-50. But that's also part of the reason I guess it's not so internationally renowned because if you go to these mountain passes in Austria or Germany, etc., you can't even move. They're just so full. Mm-hmm.

Um,

So yeah, it's kind of hit and miss.

But it is beautiful up there. The landscape is completely unique. It kind of feels like an alien world. Yeah. Doesn't it? It's weird. It's amazing. I think as far as driving in Europe goes, I really do believe, because that's what I've been doing the last few months. I think that's the best overall experience in terms of not too busy, the nature, you know, the terrain, the ups and downs. Yes, the potholes make it interesting. Yeah. I kind of like them. I mean, it keeps you awake. Yeah. Yeah. But that's driving Romania as a whole, right? Cow, bear, dog, pothole, random person.

Yeah. Crosswalk, like taxis going the wrong way. You can keep your brain on. So that's kind of how it works.

I think you should certainly be careful. Yeah. You can easily make mistakes. Yeah. There's a couple of corners.

that

I don't know if there's actually any kind of, I should probably find this out. I don't know if there's any kind of law internationally where they don't change the gradient of a corner once it begins.

Because normally you start a corner and it kind of holds that gradient. But in Romania, you'll get a corner that starts like this and then goes like this on the corner. And you've already done your braking and I got a brake again on the corner. So that can go wrong. That's quite unusual. They try to avoid doing that because it's very dangerous.

germania so yeah potholes coming out of nowhere yeah that can mess your car up yep

Don't forget the bears. Yeah, the bears. The cows. The cows. It's driving on hard mode.

But if you're good at driving, that's what you want, right? That's interesting.

Let's go.

Don't get me started, I'm riled up. Don't get me going, my people are formed, the signal they see if I'm lined up. The front line where they find us. We're ready at all time, it's a goal, it's where my mind is. I got my both eyes on the goal, it's where you find it. We're ready at all time, it's a goal, it's where you find it. We're ready at all time, it's a goal, it's time that we ride. I got my both eyes on the goal, I'm turning it on.

We ready at all time, it's the goal, we're turning the tide. I got my both eyes on the goal, I'm turning the tide.

Let's get ready to rumble!
