The number one first thing you should do is feedback. The first thing. I mean, I know this sounds obvious, but people don't do it.

I kept saying they're going to put me in jail if I keep getting bigger.
And I kept doing shit that made me bigger.
So like, did I make that choice?
So you have to feedback and analyze all of the time. We'll take your example. I don't know anything about New York real estate. I don't know anything about real estate investment funds. I don't know anything about it.
But if you sit there and look, okay, we lost this investor for X amount.
was the climate the type of climate that encouraged an investor to pull out? Was this something that
Is my company's fault or was it the climate's fault? If it was the climate's fault, did I notify all of my customers or all of my investors in advance
An unfavorable climate is coming up. You're gonna be tempted to pull out. That's what amateurs and brokies do.
When everyone else is afraid, that's where the money is made.
We're going to have a Zoom call or we're going to have a webinar. We're going to have a meeting on this day to explain why the number one thing you should not be doing is what everyone else is doing.
We're going to take a completely different path and we're all going to become ridiculously rich and everyone else is going to pussy out, but we're not. And here's why.
Feedback. I don't know. I'm guessing. I'm saying. But you can look at something that happened to you and go, could I have avoided this? Could I have stopped this happening? And then next time an unfavorable real estate climate starts to appear...
Because you've actually done some feedback, you'll know how to play it. You'll know what to do. The number one thing rich people love is opportunities.
Rich people are greedy.
If you say to rich people, everyone else is going to pull their money out.

You have to do that with all the relationships in your life, both with men, both with women, and all your business relationships, the way you speak.
