- You're not gonna have a strong mind without a strong body.

I believe it's very difficult to have a strong hand and a strong body because a strong body is

- I'll do.

adversity.

And having a strong mind in many ways is almost more important than having a strong body because life is exceptionally difficult.

And if you don't have a strong mind, life is going to

Life hurts you. You become a hurt person. And people hurt people.

So if you want to be the kind of person who brings good to the world and benefit to the world, you can't be going through life as a hurt person, which means you need to be mentally strong enough to deal with all the...

problems and pain and significant damage that life has been delivered to you.

And the easiest way to do that is through physical training.

Yeah, I love to fight. That's all I want to do.

Everything else is a cheap substitute. Everything else is boring. It's the only cardio I want to do.

It's the only sport I'm interested in

All I wanted to do was find.

I'm totally interested in everything else.

But it's hard to always have sparring partners, you know, find sparring partners, you do all the moves.

Weights are a substitute.

I don't consider weightlifting difficult.

People who say, "I train so hard in the gym." I don't think lifting weights is hard. No matter how much you lift or how hard you push yourself, it's not nearly as hard as fight training.

So on the days I can't get someone to beat up or it just doesn't fit, then I train whatever gym I can find and I just go for low weight, high reps. Just try and train as much as possible. I have a philosophy of...

making sure I displaced between 10,000 and 30,000 kilos a day.

As long as I displace that amount of weight,

Can you kind of give someone a word of encouragement who might not be satisfied with their health and would try and finally take that first step towards improving it? Yeah, they should look in the mirror and they should feel shame.

They should fashion themselves because it works. You should look in the mirror. You should be disappointed.

And if you were truly disappointed, you'll never run out of an ovation ever.

If you're not truly disappointed, you'll struggle with that motivation and you continue to be a nobody.

So if I looked in the mirror, I didn't look anything

like I currently look, I'd be extremely disappointed in myself. I wouldn't be able to see them.

And I would make sure I change it.

.

Yeah.
