They were arrested on Saturday...
They were supposed to attend this boxing event or something and they got picked up by the cops.
They have been thrown in federal prison where they await a hearing next week.
So they're going to be in prison for a whole week. Their lawyer says they're in solitary confinement. And this is because the United Kingdom has made a request to extradite them.

And this is a story from the New York Times. It says, quote, the influencer brothers, Andrew and Tristan Tate, will remain in custody as their lawyers told the court on Monday that they plan to fight extradition to England to face new charges of rape and sex trafficking. The Tates appeared in federal court after marshals arrested them on Saturday at a boxing event in downtown Miami. Their attorney, Joseph McBride, told reporters after the hearing that the charges were politically motivated.
