I've tried them all. There's about 20 out there. I've tried them all. And you can only really effectively make money with two of them.
The first one is Live Yasmin.

LiveYasmin.com is Hungarian.
It's owned by the richest guy in Hungary.
And this
set up effectively is far more the professional's route.
It's not the girl at home in her bedroom. It's girls who work for studios. It's professional girls.
And even those customers, the men who go on that site,
They understand it's professional girls. It's a different atmosphere than the other one we're going to look at.
So,
I think it's the inferior of the two choices, and I would not recommend you use this site.
And the reason for that is because

They are massive sticklers for audio and video quality.
So when you get your whole thing set up, you have to be approved.
And unless you have perfect lighting and perfect internet and everything's set up really nice, they're not going to give you the highest rating, which means they're going to deduct some money. They're going to put a financial penalty on you.
And sometimes it can just depend on the light outside. It can just depend if it's a
cloudy day or a sunny day, your light might change a little bit and they can be dickheads about that. That's the first thing.
Second thing, like I said, is for professional setup. So we're currently in Romania. In Romania, there are webcam studios everywhere.
There's one webcam studio down the road called Studio 20 with 100 rooms. 100 rooms.
Eight hour shifts, three girls a day, that's 300 girls a day working, and they all work on live gas.
So if you're going to online vats and you're going to be competing with

And then after that, you have to break through all these payment barriers to finally get to a high percentage of the money.

Now, I've told very shortly my story, how I kind of started my whole webcam business.
I'll tell it again in detail here, I was fighting, I had some money,
I had 70,000 pounds in a safe in my

You know, I'm trying to buy a property. I mean, I didn't own a property in the UK at the time. So I didn't pay any tax to anyone. I didn't want to pay taxes. So I didn't buy a house to go to the firm.
So I was like, what assets do I have? Okay, I have a car. I have this, I have that. And then I realized I had about five girlfriends, all smoking home.

If there's three guys in the room and one is tipping, she should only be focusing her attention on one guy. The other two she can interact with a little bit, not to be rude.

I have been scammed.
The reason that this knowledge can be transferred to you guys so quickly and a lot of customers already have
up and running webcam studios that are making a lot of money
is because we've gone through the trial and error of making every single mistake
that there is.
So in the setup, as you know, you have the girls who are on camera,
talking to the members, you're either typing for the girl, but when you get a bigger setup you will have
management or operators as we call them, typing for the girl, managers watching them and then you're on top.
It isn't just the men trying to scam the girls.
If you focus only on that, you'll lose out on a lot of money.
Obviously the men are trying to scam the girls. Every single one of these guys, when they come into a webcam girl's room,
They all want to see the girl naked.
All sorts of stuff, whatever their fantasy is, but not all of them have money. So you have to be very careful. I'm going to talk about the most basic scams, first of all.

to some of your new girls if you take your eye off the ball
but you'll notice it if you're typing for the girl yourself
100% of your girls who start will have men doing this to her.
100% of guys, or 100% of your new models,
will have these guys typing: "I've tipped this many tokens, I've tipped that many tokens."
The tips are always highlighted in yellow.
So easiest way to tell on Chatterbait. Different sites, they vary. There's different sounds at play. If in doubt,

Always check your token statistics
if you're in doubt. If the girl's made five tokens and someone's just tipped 400, before she takes off her bra, quickly from your computer, or get the operator to, type in your account details, check the tokens that you have. If it's 405, good, take off your bra. If it's five, there's no error. It doesn't take a minute for the tokens to load, which is a typical thing that a lot of guys will say.

automated working website copies of Barclays Bank, Santander Bank, and they will be on Skype to a girl who has originally been tipped tokens to Skype with this guy.
showing, "Oh, I've just sent you 3,000 pounds."
Please continue. Oh, the money's not in your account yet. And I mean, so convincing, I have had girls perform full shows for these guys.
If the money is not in your bank,
Don't
do anything, do not perform for them.
So the fake token scam comes in that form as well. Any kind of money, Western Union, bank transfer, if the money's not in your hand, if the money's not in your bank,
They don't get it. The oldest trick in pimping and even street hustling, no money, no honey, is what the girls say. That is completely true.
Now I'm going to tell you about a time when I scammed the scammer with the fake token scam.
So I had multiple girls online. It was about my first year in
I just moved to Romania. I was living in a town called Brasov. I had a beautiful red-headed Romanian girl working for me.
I still see her now every time she's...

But I had a beautiful redhead Romanian girl working for me and I had a, uh,
girl from Lithuania with black hair as well. Now, the Lithuanian girl had been tipped the previous night when I was typing for her.
She had received a tip to go to Skype

And this guy had a,
said, "I'm going to tip you again to stay on Skype for two more hours."
two hours, he'd only tip for ten minutes, says okay.
2,800 tokens, I can't remember what the deal was, I think it was 2,800.
and he said, there I've sent the tip,
So I looked in the account, I said,
from her, she didn't even speak very good English, I typed
The money's not in the account.

He sent me a screenshot
from the website. It was my free cams. We weren't using Chatterbait at the time, but Chatterbait's the better site. So essentially he sent me the screenshot from his Chatterbait account of all the models he tipped and the tip going out to her, blah, blah, blah, blah. A very convincing Photoshop.
I knew it wasn't real and I know tokens are non-refundable.
So I hung up on the guy. He got three or four extra minutes while I was waiting for the tip to show up, but I knew it wasn't real. Closed the Skype on him.
He said, "You're a bitch, you're a dickhead, you're a moron. I'm gonna take my tip back.
You can't take tips back. If tips can be taken back, the whole site would be non-functional. These dudes would pay, take their tips back. You can't take them back. So the tokens never showed up. So I knew this guy was a scammer.
The very next day,
My beautiful red-headed Romanian was online. Anna, her name was, what's her fake name? Jenna was her fake name. She chose it. What a lame fake name.
Lame, anyway. Anna was her name, she was online. The exact same scammer,
came into the room.
Tried the exact same thing with her. 10 minutes Skype. I took his tokens. She started Skyping him.
Um...
Then he said, "I'm gonna tip you for another Skype." I said, "Okay." So I hung up.
on him like nothing but he kept pestering in the pms i want to tip you for a two-hour skype i want to tip you for a two-hour skype
I said, "You know what? Okay." And Anna had just finished work, so she'd logged off.
And I said, "Okay, I'll take your tokens,
for the Skype.
Let's do it.
So he sends this fake screenshot over Skype
of this 2800 tip.
So first of all, I said, you know what, I'm a bit nervous.
I've got my friend here with me.
So I haven't done a two hour Skype before. I'm going to do a two hour Skype for you. But my friend is coming as well. She's a girl.
So this guy was like, "Yeah, okay, yeah, okay, good, good, let's go, let's call, baby."
So I open my Skype, I turn the microphone settings down to zero, and I turn the camera brightness down to zero.
So the camera was completely black and the microphone was completely silent.
So I let him call. I said, "Yep, I'm ready to start the show. Let's go."
He thought, cha-ching, I'm in here, I've got a two hour show, I haven't paid any money. This scam recalled,
He's on the call for 5 or 6 minutes while I'm typing to him. I can't get my camera to work.
I can't, can you see me? Question mark. Can you see me?
And he keeps typing these suggestions. "No, girls, turn up the camera, break this, try unplugging it and plugging it back in." This guy, whoever he was, was sitting there, pants down.
His hand, ready to go. Six minutes passed, ten minutes passed, fifteen minutes passed. I'm bored. I'm in a room with the girls. We're done. We're watching TV, but I'm telling them what's going on. Hilariously saying, oh, I can't get the camera to work, can't get the sound to work. After half an hour, he's like, this is really annoying. We need to do something. Try a different laptop. I say, okay, I'll try a different laptop. Give me a minute.
Logged off Skype, logged back in two minutes later. Again, cold, can you see me, completely black. So then I said,
you don't remember but uh i'm actually friends with angelica the girl yesterday who you tried to scam
I tried to, I've scammed you. I've wasted 45 minutes of your time. I was never going to come on cam. Ha ha ha ha ha.
You know, any kind of man with any integrity would be, "Okay, you got me, at least." But he instantly blocked me. Instantly blocked me and then he never came in those girls' rooms again. But you don't have to get them back, but that was a good example of the scammer trying to pull the fake token scammer who I made him pay.
He was sitting there horny with his dick in his hand for 45 minutes, looking at a black screen. He was never going to get his free show.
But do not let that happen to you.
If in doubt, check the account.
Every single time.
If there's no money in the bank from any bank transfers, Western Unions, anything they promise you, don't do the performance. It isn't real. These guys will go through any lengths.
to get this shit for free.
They're like drug addicts.
If the crack addict says he'll pay you tomorrow, give me the crack now, don't listen to it. If he says the money's on the way, here's proof of the bank transfer, you're not going to listen to the crack addict. It's exactly the same thing.
So members
trying to scam your girls,
is
just one part of running a studio. You have to understand if you know about webcaming and you think, "Oh, I'm wise to the member scams,"
that you're suddenly the best pimp in the world and you're not going to get scammed. No, because the girls themselves will scam you.
The management will scam you.
Everyone is out to scam you and I have been scammed before.
When you hire a webcam model,
lot of them
the girls I've hired especially have been waitresses, barmaids,
normal ass girls making a thousand pounds a month, suddenly
They're making 3,000 or 4,000, but they get wise pretty quickly to the fact that they're bringing in 9 or 10,000 with the help of the admin.

The admins need to be people you trust.
Your management and your admins have to be people you trust. They absolutely do.
because if they're not watching your girls,
and you're not watching them personally, girls will run wild. There are a million ways to take money from a guy who likes this girl.
So if you let the girl
be in charge of her own phone contact with members who like her, you are setting yourself up to get scammed. All she has to do is type a sort code and account number to a member,
And that has happened to me before.

and I got wise to it because she had been talking to him on the phone
She'd been getting him
to send money directly to her bank account
from his bank account, bank to bank transfers, talking to him for one or two hours every day, doing her shift. But that was money I wasn't seeing a part of.
These girls will scam you.
If you let them take full control over their accounts,
they will run away.
I like to keep the girls passwords. I log them in and log them out. If you give the girl the password to her account, there's a chance she could run away and try it by herself. I've had that happen.
Girls are usually a lot less successful when they don't have a management structure and a boss in place because
Girls are fucking lazy.
They're lazy, they don't want to do the work, they'll work three or four hours a day and think, "Oh, that's enough."
So they become very unproductive and you've lost a good potential earner. So keep the passwords to their accounts, certainly.
Don't let them have direct contact with their members.
Have the admins have direct contact with their members
instead and make sure you're paying the admins. How you structure your business is up to you, but pay the admins a percentage on what the girls make.
That way they'll keep the tokens coming into the girls' accounts and they won't try to scam me themselves.
Um...
If a girl is talking to a member in any way, they have their Twitters, they have their Instagrams, you do have to be wary of it because you can't ban them from having Twitter and Instagram. In fact, you need to encourage it because it helps their following on cam.
You need to
make sure, have a look at their computer. I have screen share set up on all the Macs in the house, so when they're on their Facebook pages, etc., sometimes I'm just watching in.
Not because I'm a weird creep, but because they talk to members on there.
and they can get Western Union transfers, they can get anything, cash app,
PayPal's
They can get anything sent to them that cuts you out and you're not knowledgeable.
Not just members trying to scam girls. That shouldn't be your concern. It is, but you get wise to their stuff very quickly. And if you stick to the "don't do anything until you get the money" rule,
the members aren't really the threat. The threat to your business, to your webcam company,
is the girls.
Watch them like you can't trust women.
You gotta watch them like you got eyes in the back of your head.
Admins can also steal from you.
So I've always hired female admins, girls who used to be cam girls for myself, my personal assistant.

If you got the PhD course, great. It's definitely going to help you with recruiting women and retaining these women. But your dynamic on who to hire as an admin, if you grow beyond three, four models, you will need someone else other than yourself typing.
That's down to you. I don't know your lifestyle, I don't know how you live, but I've had ex-girlfriends who are still in love with me

I myself got scammed four or five months ago. Four or five months ago I caught a girl taking bank transfers off some guy in the United States.

And it does happen.
So you need to be watching all aspects of your business. You have to be vigilant.

the whole piece of the puzzle. You are running a company
The money needs to go into your bank. You want to pay the girls as much as you think is fair, but as little as possible. This is all about profit.
Me and Andrew made our first few million dollars
running webcam studios.
$150,000, $250,000 a month. It's all possible.
These guys who jerk off on webcams, they bought me my Lamborghini.
They could buy you one too.
but there is leakage everywhere.
You gotta trust the admin, you gotta watch the girl. Don't trust these girls, doesn't matter who they are. Do not trust them because very quickly they will get a idea of, okay, it's five cents a token, this is how many tokens I'm bringing in. You know, if a girl's bringing in $10,000 a month and you're throwing her two or 3,000,
You need to be very wary. No matter how much she loves you, she's going to try and...
take another one or two thousand for herself and girls are stupid girls waste money
You have to keep an eye on every single aspect of your business
and be vigilant
I would suggest watching this video before even putting your first girls online, because the fake token scam is a real thing that some of you are going to fall for if you don't watch this. And just watch your girls.
That's the bottom line. If you don't run a business properly, whether you run a food shop, a corner shop, a restaurant, a bar,
a club,
Whichever business you are running,
people are going to steal from you. And this is the kind of business where it's one, very easy to steal,
Two, there are large amounts of money at play. And three, it's very easy to steal without getting caught.
You could steal thousands for years and the boss never know.
So this is a prime target.
for people taking advantage of you.
You're providing the cameras, you're providing the knowledge, you're providing the workspace, you're changing people's lives. You're providing the information that's taking these girls from $1,000 a month girls
to three, four, five thousand dollars a month girls.
You are providing a service, never think of it
that, oh, you're taking all the money.
Without you, without me, a lot of the girls who work for me would be fucking nobodies. Absolute nobodies.
You're changing their lives. Don't let them take advantage of you.

So a problem that some of you are reporting
at the moment is having a model in a room with almost no traffic
Now this can be a problem, it certainly is, especially when you first start.
The key to getting traffic in a room is understanding the psychology of exactly what's going on when men are browsing webcam models.
Typically, a guy isn't looking for something particular.
So let's say for example you have a skinny blonde girl with big tits and that's the girl who you are broadcasting. Guys won't type skinny blonde girl with big tits, click on the girl and become fixated on her just because she's his type.
Although they may whittle down the search material slightly,
Every single guy went searching for
a webcam model to spend money on. It's clicking through rooms.
So he's got his keyboard in front of him,
He's watching his webcam models, you know, probably with his fucking little dick out in his hands.
and he's skipping.

So in order to build up traffic in a room, it's nothing to do with how spectacular the room is looking.
to make people talk about it and get a massive influx of dudes. That's not how it works. It's about catching the men as they scroll through.
very much like a net dragging through the ocean. You know, if you have very small, fine holes, you're going to catch all the fish that you go past.
So these dudes are scrolling, one,

three, and I'll tell you exactly what they see.
Nine times out of 10, especially with amateurs who don't know what they're doing, you have a nervous looking girl smiling at the camera sitting on a bed.
They'll scroll past these girls because nothing spectacular is happening.
The way that we set up our camera feed with our screen share, it's already been explained to you guys,
There needs to be some sort of box in the bottom right hand corner or wherever you decide to place it on the screen.
where the operator, yourself or whoever you've hired to operate the rooms for you,
can contact the model and speak with her directly.
This is how you get men in the room. You instruct the model.
I use the term in my studio, I will literally type the words, or my girls will type the words,
Build the room.
Now you can use any terminology you like. Well what building the room is essentially is doing something different
than what other models are doing.
Dancing is an amazing way of building the room.
If you get a model to sexily tease with her lingerie, don't show anything for free unless you obviously have made some countdowns and she's already part naked. But don't show anything for free. But have the girl dancing, teasing, blowing kisses. So guys are scrolling through the rooms, girl sitting on a bed, girl sitting on a bed, girl sitting on a chair, girl dancing around and moving around.
It's gonna give them that extra few seconds that it takes. Maybe they'll send a private message and your operator can engage with them. Maybe they'll just stay around and hang around because a lot of them are jerking off to enjoy the girl dancing, as opposed to watching a girl just sitting there smiling.
Building the room is the most important aspect of creating a model's
popularity, not just in her initial room count as she's broadcasting, but also overall.
Now, there are several ways you can do this. As I said, dancing is a very good way.
But you also need to capitalize
on situations when your model is making a lot of tokens.
so
You're all familiar with the countdown bot and the countdown tool, hopefully, on Chatterbait, if that is the site that you are using, which
is the one that we recommend you do use.
Now the way the countdown bolt works is as follows. There'll be a countdown,
for say a thousand tokens and I'm going to remove my bra.
500 tokens, I'm going to remove my underwear, and so on and so forth.
With models who are relatively new, you don't want to mimic the really successful models and have countdowns that are too high.
Because that will discourage the type of people that get into their room.
from staying in their room.
If you are broadcasting your new model and she has five to ten people in her room at any one time, you don't want the countdown.
to be in the thousands of tokens.
You're better off making the initial countdown to remove her bra. 299 tokens.
$6 nothing huge I
The reason being,
The 10 guys in that room will see that as an achievable goal. They're more likely to tip to clear the countdown topic off. And once the countdown topic is off, she will then be topless.
When she's topless, more men will come into the room, every single time.
What you don't want to do is encourage your models to be naked for free. You could do this and at the beginning they would have a higher room count than normal, but there'd be no incentive for the guys to pay any money.
So keep the countdown small.
Keep them specific.
five or six dollars to remove her bra, they're still not seeing very much. But once she is topless, you're going to double the amount of people in her room, especially
if she's dancing around and being sexy and building the room.
as I put earlier.
So as opposed to
girls sitting on their bed being boring. It's girls sitting on the bed, girls sitting on the bed. There may be a girl sitting on the bed topless. There may be a girl sitting on a chair topless.
Girl sitting on the bed again and it's your girl dancing around, being sexy, being topless and engaging in the chat with the room.
Now the chat in the room isn't always
very exciting. And there isn't always very much to say and very much to do,
for the model, especially when she's new.
So what you need to do is train the girl
to specifically look out
for people coming into the room and people leaving the room.
If nobody's saying anything,
Look out for the notice that says
"Talisman has entered your room" or
Stephen has entered your room.
If the model's got an eye out for this,
The manager's room, "Hi, Tellers Man. What kind of nickname is that? Where did you get that nickname?"
and me being the loser I am,
will think, "Oh my god, I came into the room and she noticed me. Hi, well, I have the name Talisman because I'm a fucking G."
Obviously, it doesn't work like that because I'm not the type of guy that typically visits webcam rooms.
but when you have girls who are struggling with popularity, it's a trick like that that can really help add numbers to the room. Because just like
Hm.
Because just like I said, with trying to build your fishing net and drag everybody who patches the room in,
The guy will scroll through the room,
Girl on the bed, girl on the bed, they go into this room. Hi Tristan, how are you?
Instantly, there is far more interaction than they've got anywhere else.
So they're going to stick around and at least say hi back.
Once they say hi, you can engage them in conversation, if the girl is charming enough, keep them in the room. If they send a private message, you can have your operator or yourself, whoever's operating the room, send a private message and keep them hooked in the room.
When you're working with new girls as well,
A very...
very good tactic when you have a girl who isn't making very much money.
is as follows.
Girls can make and sell videos on these websites. A lot of girls, they sell
- Videos, show videos, whatever it is that they are selling at the time, and then the videos can sell for up to, you know, hundreds of tokens. Lots of guys want videos, but not all guys
want to pay a lot of money.
So you have to keep in mind the people who come into various webcam model rooms, a lot of them are broke. And if your model is new and her room isn't very popular, she's not going to attract the biggest tippers on the site. She's going to attract some of the poorest people or the people who don't spend quite as much.
So what you need to do is give them something
that the top tipping guys can get.
but for a much lower price.
A trick I like to use with my models

Once a guy has tipped some money with a model,
he's far more likely to stick around and spend the rest of his money on that model than he is to jump around and spend on other girls.
Guys aren't looking, I mean some guys, but the typical webcaming customer isn't looking
to give loads of money to loads of different girls. I mean, you get these strange webcam addicts, these porno addicts who do do that,
typically the richer guys,
But your typical guy only has a modest budget, $30, $40, $50 a day.
At the most.
and they're looking for one girl to spend that money with, have their good time, get their interaction, get the attention that they're craving, because it's not really the pornography that they're craving, it's the attention, and then log off, however long that takes them.
So if a guy has his sack of tokens, if you think about it this way,
and he shows up to a girl's room, three videos on his tip, and throws a few to that model.
Should he like the video especially, and sees a nice video of her dancing and stripping, and thinking, "Oh, this girl's hot," he's going to spend the rest of his money on your girl.
as opposed to jumping into the next room, because the free video for every tip thing isn't something that's very popular.
It's certainly something that I haven't seen very often. It's something that my studio and my admins and my models do use, especially when you have new girls who are struggling with popularity.
Another trick you can do
when a girl is struggling with popularity.
You have to understand that in order to have a popular girl, she doesn't necessarily have to be hot. She doesn't necessarily have to be beautiful or sexy or anything. She just has to have a very high room count and a lot of followers. Once she gets there...
she's gonna be top ranked on the page, irregardless of exactly what she's doing at the time.
So what you want to do, what's really valuable,
isn't the model herself, but it's the model's account.
So for those of you out there who have two or three or more girls broadcasting, as I always have, I've always had a very big studio of girls, when I have a girl who's suffering a little bit,
or struggling a little bit to take off. What I do is I take one of my more popular models,
Or it can even be a brand new, novice model, believe me it will make a difference. And I put them both on the same camera at the same time.
You have to follow Chatterbake guidelines. You have to tag the model that she's in the room with. You have to make sure that both of them have passed their age verifications.
and all of that.
But once you do, you can put two models in the same room at the same time. Now that makes your room very special, you see.
because irregardless of what the girls necessarily are doing,
Two girls are always better than one. Guys are far more likely to engage in private chats and group chats with your models when there's two of them.
simply because they're getting two for the price of one.
especially if both girls are attractive. So pairing your models up can be very beneficial
The only problem with that, from a management perspective,
is managing the model's expectation and how much the model thinks she's getting from the various tokens that are tipped, which is obviously down to you.
I'll tell you how I do it.
What I'll say is, "Hi, girl number one." I tell you what, you're struggling a little bit. I'm going to put girl number two on your account with you for the next six hours. You're going to work a full shift. You're going to make a lot of tokens on this day.
and they all go to you. However,
Tomorrow you're gonna work on girl number two's account for six hours.
You can do one day on each account, boost the popularity of both accounts,
And then when you are on your own,
because people will add you, favorite you, come back and see you, maybe hoping there's going to be two girls, but if there isn't, you're certainly going to get a higher volume of traffic.

We've covered lighting, camera angles, all of that before. You're obviously gonna have a much lower count if the camera is dim, it looks terrible, the lighting isn't on point. You have to have a nice setup, but all of those tricks and tips that I've listed, believe me, use them all right in the right combinations.
