Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

WordToClip is operated by Daniel Metodiev, a sole proprietor in Bulgaria (“we”, “us”), at www.wordtoclip.com, together with its MCP server. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or connecting an AI assistant, you accept them. Please also read the Privacy policy, the Refund policy and the Copyright policy.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. What the service is

WordToClip is a search index over publicly posted videos featuring Andrew Tate. We transcribe the videos with word-level timestamps and let you search every word, watch short previews and, on a paid plan, render clips of the ranges you choose. The service includes the website, projects and exports, AI mode, Play time (a player that plays moments from the archive on a topic you type), the MCP server for AI assistants, and a community area where members publish shorts and comment. We don't offer a developer API product.

WordToClip is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Andrew Tate or by any company, channel or representative connected to him. Nothing here is an official product or an authorised distribution channel, and you must not present it, or anything you make with it, as one.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or to buy anything. Visitors under 18 may not use the service. If you use WordToClip for a company or another organisation, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You may not use the service if we have closed an earlier account of yours for a breach of these terms, or if the law that applies to you forbids it, including sanctions law.

3. Your account

You sign up with an email address and a password, or with a Google account. Give us an address you control: a sign-up with a password is confirmed through a link we email you. Keep your sign-in details secret. An account belongs to one person; do not share it.

Anything done with your account, your assistant keys or an AI assistant you connected with one of your keys is treated as done by you, including spending credits. If you think a password or a key has leaked, change the password, use “Sign out of all devices” in Settings & security, revoke the key under Connect an AI assistant, and tell us.

Your public handle is shown on the shorts and comments you publish. New accounts get a neutral random handle, which you can change. We may refuse or reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, misleads people about who you are, or is offensive.

4. Free access and what each plan shows

  • Without an account you can search, read the whole transcript of every video, and play a 30-second preview around the moment you found. We may invite you to sign up now and then; closing the invitation is fine.
  • With an account (free or paid) you can play 60-second excerpts around a moment of videos from the creator's own channels, within a daily limit, and use Play time within a daily allowance. Whole videos are not played here: every video page names the source channel and upload date and, where the original is still available, links to it on its platform (such as Rumble or YouTube), for everyone.
  • Video titles and the source's description are shown on paid plans only. Other visitors see a neutral label (the length), the upload date and the transcript text. The source channel and, where the original is still available, a link to it are shown to everyone.
  • Play time spends no credits. Without an account it plays one moment; a free account and each paid plan have the daily allowance the plans page shows.
  • Exports, AI mode and the MCP server need a paid plan that includes them. The plans page says what each plan includes, and it is part of these terms.

Do not try to get around these limits, for example by stepping through a video one window at a time with a script, by collecting titles and descriptions for people who have not paid for them, or by opening several free accounts.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Paddle is the seller

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy a plan or a credit pack you buy it from Paddle, which also charges any VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice, and applies its own buyer terms. We never see your full card details. You manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation in the billing portal, reachable from Plan & credits.

Plans

  • Plans are sold monthly or annually, paid in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • An upgrade within the same billing interval (monthly to monthly, or annual to annual) takes effect at once: Paddle charges the prorated difference and you get the prorated credits. A downgrade, or an upgrade that also switches between monthly and annual, takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
  • You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
  • A plan grants its monthly credits at the start of each month of the period. An annual plan is paid up front, and its credits are still granted month by month.
  • We may change prices or what a plan includes. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for: we tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Credits

  • Credits pay for work that costs us compute: rendering exports, generating AI plans, and surcharges such as follow-face framing, music or effects. The price of an action is shown before you confirm it, on the website and through the MCP server.
  • Credits come from your plan or from one-off credit packs. Packs need a plan that spends credits (not Free or Starter).
  • The Starter plan works without credits: it includes one export a day, with the options the plans page lists.
  • Credits do not expire while your account exists. They can be spent only while you are on a plan that spends credits; on Free or Starter they wait until you are on such a plan again.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money, except where the law requires a refund. Deleting your account deletes its credits.

6. Refunds

The Refund policy is part of these terms. In short:

  • Automatic credit refunds. When a render fails for a reason on our side, never starts, or is stopped because its source video was taken down, its credits go back to your balance automatically. A failed AI plan is refunded the same way. These refunds are made in credits, not money.
  • Money refunds are made by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Ask within 14 days of a purchase you have not used and you get a full refund. This covers the right of withdrawal a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK has, which ends once you start using a purchase you agreed at checkout to receive at once. After that, payments are not refundable, except where the law or Paddle's buyer terms give you a refund, or where the service failed you.
  • What a refund takes back. When a purchase is refunded in full, we remove up to the number of credits that purchase granted from your balance, never below zero; credits already spent stay spent. A full refund of the payment for your current plan period also ends the plan at once. For a partial refund we adjust your credits by hand.
  • If you file a chargeback for a payment you authorised, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use WordToClip to:

  • fabricate a statement by splicing words together, or present a clip as saying something the speaker did not say, or in a context that changes its meaning in a way that deceives people;
  • harass, threaten, dox or defame anyone, or promote hatred or violence against people for who they are;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights, or break any law that applies to you;
  • resell, sublicense or bulk-redistribute the archive, the transcripts, embeddings or rendered files as a dataset, a competing index or search product, or a download service;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the website, or reach the service by automated means other than the MCP server with your own key. Search engines, AI assistants and other crawlers that identify themselves and follow our robots.txt are welcome, including crawlers that collect public pages to train AI models, within the paths robots.txt allows;
  • get around rate limits, daily quotas, the anonymous preview window, plan restrictions, watermarks, the source credit on exports or credit accounting, for example by cropping, covering or removing the credit, or with extra accounts or extra keys;
  • probe, overload or attack our systems. If you find a security problem, report it to support@wordtoclip.com and give us reasonable time to fix it;
  • send spam, run engagement schemes, or file reports or takedown notices you know to be false.

8. Your content

“Your content” is what you put into the service: music and images you upload, your profile photo, handle, display name and bio, your projects, presets, saved moments and AI prompts, the shorts you publish with their titles and captions, and your comments. You keep every right you have in it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and render your content, only to run the service for you. For content you make public (published shorts, comments and your profile) the licence also covers showing it to others on the service: in the feed, on creator pages, in share previews and embeds. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from the short time copies stay in backups and caches (see the Privacy policy).

Uploaded music and images are private to your account. Your profile photo, handle, display name and bio are public on your creator page.

Rights in what you upload and publish

You are solely responsible for any audio you upload, for the images you upload and for every clip you publish. When you upload a music track, an image or a profile photo, or publish a short, you confirm that you own it or hold every licence and permission needed to use it the way you do, including the consent of anyone identifiable in an image. If a rights holder objects to an upload we may deactivate it; a deactivated track can no longer be used in exports, including re-exports of clips that used it.

9. Community rules

You can publish a finished export as a short (public in the feed and on your creator page, or unlisted, which is reachable only by its link and never shown in the feed or to search engines), like shorts and profiles, comment and report. Comments appear as soon as they are posted, and we moderate afterwards. In the community:

  • no harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual content, or content that glorifies violence;
  • no spam, repetitive self-promotion, or links to scams or malware;
  • no impersonation, and no claims to be Andrew Tate or to act for him;
  • titles and captions must not misrepresent what a clip shows;
  • report in good faith: reports that are coordinated or knowingly false are a breach of these terms.

When 3 people report the same item, it is hidden until a moderator reviews it. A moderator can then restore, hide or remove it. A copyright report goes into the takedown queue described in the Copyright policy. We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules; our staff write to you to say why when they do. If you disagree with a decision, reply to it or write to support@wordtoclip.com and a person will look at it again.

10. Third-party content in the archive

We own none of the indexed videos. They were posted publicly by their creators on platforms such as Rumble and YouTube, and their rights belong to those creators and other rights holders.

  • An export is not a licence. Rendering a clip is a technical service we perform on your instruction. It gives you no right in the underlying video, audio or words. Whether publishing a clip is lawful where you are (fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, parody, or a licence you hold) is your decision and your risk.
  • Every export carries a source credit: a “Source: channel · date” line over the video, naming the channel and, where it fits, the upload date. Keep it when you publish the clip.
  • Rights settings can change, and we may stop offering exports of any video, or remove it from the archive, at any time.
  • Transcripts, speaker labels, highlights and search results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check a clip against the video before you rely on or publish it.

11. Takedowns

Rights holders can ask us to remove a video, a published short or an uploaded track through the Copyright policy page. A person reviews every notice; nothing is removed automatically. When we approve a takedown of a video:

  • the video disappears from everything public on WordToClip: search, video and transcript pages, previews, topics and trending, highlights, share cards, embeds, the shorts feed, the MCP server and AI mode;
  • new exports of it are refused, and a render still in progress is stopped and its credits refunded;
  • we do not delete your content. Clips from that video already in your projects, your saved moments and your finished exports stay available to you (until the normal export expiry in section 13). They no longer surface through search, and no new export can be made from the video.

A takedown means a rights holder objects to the use of that video. If you publish clips from it anyway, you do so at your own risk.

12. AI features

  • AI mode turns a description you write into a plan of clips, using a large language model from Anthropic that searches the archive for you. Each plan is charged in credits (the price is shown before you generate); a plan that fails is refunded. A finished plan is charged even when it matches your request poorly, so review every plan before you export it.
  • AI mode only picks moments. It selects and orders real moments from the archive. It does not generate or clone anyone's voice, face or words, and nothing in WordToClipdoes.
  • Highlights (suggested moments) are scored automatically by a language model. They are suggestions, not editorial judgements.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete or taken out of context. You are responsible for what you export and publish from it.
  • Do not put other people's personal data, or anything illegal, into a prompt. Prompts are sent to our AI provider to produce the plan (see the Privacy policy).
  • AI mode has per-account rate limits and a shared daily capacity. When the capacity runs out, AI mode pauses for everyone until capacity frees up, within 24 hours.

13. The MCP server and exports

MCP server (AI assistants)

  • The plans that include it (the plans page says which) let you create keys under Connect an AI assistant and connect an AI assistant (such as Claude or Cursor) to the MCP server with one. You may hold up to 5 active keys. Keys are read-only or full access; a read-only key cannot spend credits or change anything.
  • We don't offer a developer API product. The site's own endpoints serve the website; automated access other than through the MCP server with your own key is not allowed, except for crawlers that follow robots.txt (section 7). The keys work only through the MCP server. The assistant acts for you, within the key's scope and your plan's limits, and everything it does counts as done by you.
  • An account on a plan we have retired (such as the former Data or API plans) keeps that plan's features until the plan ends.
  • Each plan has a per-key rate limit per minute and a daily request quota per account (across all its keys). Do not spread traffic over extra keys or accounts to get around them.
  • Keep keys private: paste them only into your own assistant's settings, never into public code or shared files.
  • Before anything is charged, the assistant must get a price quote and send that exact price back with the render. A quote is valid for 15 minutes. Where your assistant supports it, you are asked to approve the spend yourself.
  • Spending through the MCP server is capped at 30 credits per account per day, of which at most 10 without your own approval prompt.
  • Your assistant is a third-party service. We do not control what it does, and what it sends to or receives from its provider is covered by your agreement with that provider.
  • We may change the MCP server's tools, or retire them, for security or legal reasons without notice.

Exports and availability

Finished exports are kept for 7 days and then deleted. Download links expire after a few hours. Keep your own copies of files you care about. We work to keep the service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors; renders can queue, and features may change.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Settings & security; if you have a paid plan, cancel it in the billing portal first. Deletion is permanent and removes your content and credits as the Privacy policy describes. If you delete the account before your paid period ends, the rest of that period and any unused credits are lost and not refunded; ask for any refund you are owed first (see the Refund policy).

We may suspend or close an account, or revoke keys, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if you are a repeat infringer under the Copyright policy, in cases of fraud or abusive chargebacks, or when the law, a court or our payment provider requires it. Where we can, we warn you first and tell you why. If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

Sections 8 (the licence, for the time needed to remove content), 10, 15, 16, 17 and 18 survive the end of these terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Transcripts and AI output are machine-generated. Nothing on WordToClip is legal advice, including about whether a use of a clip is fair or lawful. If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory rights the law gives you about digital content and services; nothing in these terms limits them.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim and 100 US dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or for the consequences of clips you chose to publish.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Your responsibility to us

If you use the service for business, you will compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, from the clips you publish or distribute, or from your breach of these terms. If you are a consumer, this applies only as far as the law where you live allows.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

Please contact us first at support@wordtoclip.com; most problems can be resolved quickly that way.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice on the site and, where we can, by email, before it takes effect. Changes required by law or for security may apply sooner. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before the change applies; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

20. General

These terms, the plans page, the Privacy policy, the Refund policy and the Copyright policy are the whole agreement between you and us. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them to a successor that takes over the service, and we will tell you. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are written in English, which prevails over any translation.
