I knew what I needed and I got it. So it's down to if you really want to get it or not. This is the point. Happiness is on top of a mountain. You're either gonna climb the mountain, you're gonna sit at the bottom like a bitch. You have to make a choice. So when people come at me and go, "I'm unhappy," I say, "Good, you deserve to be unhappy, 'cause you're a loser. Stay unhappy or get in the gym." Which, what is it? I'm unhappy 'cause I'm fat. Well, duh, calorie deficit. What the fuck? You're really that unhappy, put the Mars bar down. You're happy enough to pick the Mars bar up.

We need to talk more about mental illness. We need to talk more about pressure. If your friend comes and says he's sad for no reason, tell him it's okay.
