Physical is an easy one. Physical is actually the easiest.

Mental strength, God's going to give you tests and God's going to give you challenges.

And you always have to self-reflect and you always have to measure how well you do in those challenges because feedback is super important.

When I first got out of jail, I kept that ridiculous beard on purpose because the beard was when I couldn't sleep.

Because every time I get into my covers, I felt cockroaches, because I thought there were cockroaches when there weren't. And my nightmares were really bad. So I kept my beard so that when I rewatched the media,

When I rewatched me arguing with the BBC, destroying Piers Morgan, did the video, said you have to give me $50,000 in a box of chocolates, doing the pad work. I knew I wasn't sleeping and I had mental health problems during that period. So I get to analyze my performance at my worst.

And then once I could sleep again, I was like, I don't need the beer anymore. I'm alright.

Right?

And even then when I had that trouble,

I never fucking moaned.

I never complained.

It's like God's given me this interesting puzzle. This is a new version of reality I get to experience where I can't sleep.

This is cool.

This is unique, it's different.

What's the difference between fear and excitement?

I kind of miss them.

the nightmares and the cockroaches. I kind of miss them. I got a lot done.

I never sat there and go, "Oh, I badly need to go back to sleep. I need to clear my... I need to go back to normal." Why?

I wasn't on fire.

It's a reframe. I reframed it.

It's not like I had cancer or was on fire.

I was like, okay, this is something in my mind. I know it's in my mind.

How bad can it really be?

Whatever.

Right?

So you need to be able to analyze and mental strength. So God will give you tests.

And when something happens that shakes you off your center,

or whatever happens that you have to react to, you need to then go back and analyze.

So that you learn, because you learn from feedback. You don't learn from practice. That's the biggest mistake in the world.

You don't learn from practicing things.

You learn from feedback.

You've been practicing speaking your whole lives. Can you go to speak publicly perfectly? No.

You haven't practiced it, you have to go and do it.

and then watched a video back.

See how to move your hands, when to use a motion, when to use pauses. You have to practice these things. You have to do feedback, right?

So next time, even something as silly as arguing with your woman.

You just sit there and reread it and go,

I really let her piss me off.

Why did I let her piss me off?

Okay, she's wrong. Okay, she's an idiot.

Why did I even let...

her annoying me.

You know what, next time,

Now that I've seen talking to her doesn't work.

I can't get through to her.

next time.

I'm not going to do that.

Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye.

Love you very much.

I'll reply when I can.

Take three days off.

CHILL.

I guarantee most people here have wasted enough time arguing with women to make a million dollars.

Guarantee it.

Every man's done it.

The amount of useless words you've typed to women who don't fucking listen. Ten million here. Right?

But unless you self analyze these things, you'll never grow and learn from them.

So physical strength is easy.

Mental strength requires a lot of feedback all the time. Every time anything happens, it upsets you in any way, you need to feedback on it and try and understand and analyze why it upset you, what you could have done differently, how you could have reacted to it differently.

how you'll react to it the next time it happens.

And once you have physical strength and mental strength,

Financial strength is pretty actually easy to do.

right?

It's pretty easy to do.

Once you have physical and mental,

financial is probably the easiest in many ways.

So those two are the most important.

Once you have mental strength, then physical strength is most important. We all live inside of our minds.

I can't not train.

I have to train every day or I feel so guilty that I can't relax.

I can have a ripped tendon.

I have a fucked hand.

True or false?

seven days a week,

So far this year, I've had zero days off.

Not one.

every single fucking day

I train.

I always have 20 minutes.

There's no excuse about time, that's a lie.

You have 20 minutes, you have a floor, you can do push-ups. Everyone has 20 minutes. Wake up 20 minutes early.

Always, I always do it, right?

So mentally you have to analyze yourself. You can do this with anything. If you miss the gym, analyze. Why did I miss the gym?

Well, I was really busy that day and I was tired.

Was I actually tired?

Or did I convince myself I was tired?

because I had a busy day.

Were my eyes open?

How tired was I?

Could I have actually gone? Was that a cop-out? Was that an excuse?

Tiredness is the most common one. Let me tell you a magic thing about tired.

If you sleep two hours or three hours,

The next day you'll say, "I'm tired, I haven't slept."

But you don't actually feel that tired. You just know you haven't slept.

So you start saying it.

then it becomes true.

Because I didn't sleep very much last night, so I must be tired. So you start saying, oh, I'm tired. I haven't slept. But if you actually stop and go, wait, wait, wait, ninja mind.

I slept yesterday as normal. Boom. Am I tired?

Not really.

And you're fine.

It's all in your head and how you frame things. It's all language tricks.
