Everyone out there knows, anyone who knows anything about fighting knows there's two kinds of fight gyms.
And you have the traditional McDojo, like the karate gym, taekwondo, blah, blah, blah, and you have the fight gyms.
When you go to a real fighting gym, like a gym with real fighters, it's always like shitty. You know when you watch Rocky and you have like the Apollo gym, it's always shitty. And the reason it's shitty is because fight gyms don't make money.
This is the thing, you have a choice when you open a martial arts gym. You either sell out and chase the money, or you train people to actually fight.
So if you sell out and chase the money, you can have a nice big dojo. Everyone's got their karate suits and they pay for their suits and everyone goes to their gratings and they punch air and no one gets hit.
and they do their grading and they pass and they buy a new belt, and you have these huge, big classes full of people because it's nice and easy. No one gets hurt, no one breaks any bones, and you just get to sell suits and belts and you get to have a nice, big, clean dojo and make money.
If they actually get in a real fight, none of them can fight.
They think they can fight, I know karate, and then you come up out of nowhere, fuck you. And that's why people say karate doesn't mean anything, because of that. Then you have fight gyms, where you have guys turning up, breaking bones, hurting each other in sparring, fucking each other up badly.
No one can stick at it. You don't have big classes. It's too hard. The fighters who do get really good, they're trying to make money fighting, so they ain't got much money. They can't pay for expensive grading. They're paying the minimums.
Fight gyms are broke, but they produce dangerous men.
So you have a choice when you open a membership group. Do I sell out and make it a free for all, yay, make it nice and easy, set a bunch of fucking easy ass achievements that anyone can do, give everyone their fake phony black belts, but in reality, none of them ain't shit. Or do you create a fighter gym, a real gym, where it's hard and a lot of people don't make it, but the ones who are left are fucking dangerous.
That's the choice you have.
And I think you can tell from the analogy, the war room is obviously the latter of the two.
There's a bunch of membership groups out there. If you're looking for a membership group where you just have to sit there and talk shit and be friendly to the other members and keep paying your money, but you don't actually ever want to be capable, fucking join them.
You join the war room, it's gonna be difficult, it's gonna be hard, but if you survive,
You'll be a G.
