This morning, 6 a.m. I haven't trained in a week. I went to Rome, did nothing, had a good time, enjoying myself. I ate lots of pasta, combat carb loaded. Yeah, I was flying as well, so, you know, a bit of a life start. Feeling good. Feeling good. Today clearly is a world rumble, because there's about 65 fighters here, one of which is a real fighter.

The beauty about today is that we have all different shapes, sizes, styles to choose from. So it's perfect!

He's intercepted, his distance is really good. He's a load up on his punches and he's got sneaky little timing to it. With the body there. I thought I had his timing but you tell he's thinking quite a lot. His range is so tall. It's very hard to get on the inside with him.

that don't have the experience, they cover a lot high. And this guy leaves his body wide open, and Andrew fucking murders to the body. Everyone laughs at the body sparring, and thinks it's stupid. The thing about body sparring is you can do it with anyone, doesn't matter the level, as long as they're a bit of a tough gun, you can do it, do it, do it. And then when you come to normal sparring, the body's just always there. And it's easy, so yeah, he murders to the body. That's gonna be a big deal in this fight.

- How long were you here? - Too long. - Like, too long. - So, back, so back. - So back, same thing. - So back, same thing. - So back, same thing. - So back, same thing. - This is the part of the game now where things really start to start together. We're still flat weeks out. So, shape -wise, it's all coming together. - I'm just, before he was hitting hard, you could see him taking breaks, like in the sparring, he could take another round off, he'd be a bit the top one.

He's hard, consistent, first round he hits as hard as the last round. So you can see it all kind of come together. Just keep it tempered for two or three weeks and then go hard again.

Ten press up, clap your hands because you're happy.

What I do is I fight on the outside, then I fight southpaw, then I fight inside. I do it all in one round. I have hands up, hands down, southpaw, orthodont. I do everything.

I'm going to get over and I'm getting healthy. Yeah. First of all, I lost a lot of weight. I'm sweating way more. Everyone knows I don't like the heat too much, but I'm acclimatizing. So imagine me now fully acclimatized. I'm coming for all of you. All jokes aside, perfect. I can't really see. Sparring levels up. Sharpness, counter attack the whole lot. He's a machine. Coming to kill.

Come on, go loose. The looser you are, he'll be much stiffer than you. That's it. He'll be like this. He can say what he wants, you know, but it's seven weeks and ticking. So, you know, he too has to walk out with everyone nearly against him and whatever. So, oh yeah, yeah, you can look as much as you like. Oh yeah, we train for this, we do this, but whenever anyone gets into you, they don't understand that you analyze them, break down so quickly your opponent that's, we're going to be, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah. Done.

*Sounds of the exercise* I'm just not training anymore. For me. I want to go again now. I want to start again.

again, again, again, but it's counterproductive. I feel a lot better now. Look, his advantage is that he's younger than me and bigger than me. That's it. He's not quicker than me, he's not smarter than me, not more experienced than me. He's younger and bigger, so it's the bull versus the matador.
